Our room was luxurious and huge with a fridge, beautiful bathroom plus bottled water, just what we needed. Hotel's location was particularly good and beautiful, to the local area.

Clean hotel, pleasant staff, spacious and luxurious room. Lots of appetising food. Marvellous location in heels with private parking if needed. Nearby Jolly Scholar - great place to chill out. Excellent service and an in-house restaurant onsite.

I had a very pleasant stay and would stay here again, thanks very much. It was clean place, staff were extremely helpful, and I liked my brand-new room. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous, the check in was easy.

The venue is fancy, fairly clean and the location is great and stunning very close to all the attractions as well as Cleveland Clinic or Case Western U. The staff are really good and the room is spacious and luxurious with a king bed.

The location is favourable, at walking distance from a botanical garden. It is found in an industrial area just next door to the stadium and the amazing 4th street, the restaurant for breakfast, and nearby restaurants and museums.

The breakfast was very tasty and reasonably good and there was variety of food to choose from. Immaculate room with a king bed, exceptional staff — everything was perfect. Its location at a moderate distance from an all-seasons living museum was great!

Fairly quiet rooms with newly renovated bathrooms and a nice desk, as for instance, and exceptional personnel. Exceptionally good and delicious breakfast, a wide array of food and beverages.

Surprisingly updated room (we had the 2 queen junior suite). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a quick stay.
